Texto que eu escrevi e li na aula inaugural da segunda turma do projeto Mulheres na Indústria, do curso Montadora de Andaime, em 06/04/2024 em cubatão na empresa Rocha Forte, empresa parceira do Instituto Federal de Cubatão e projeto MIC.
O que te move? O que te inspira?
Quando temos um sonho, da alma, não importa se será fácil ou difícil, a gente só faz, continua, cai e levanta, se apoia na família, nos amigos, as vezes desviamos do caminho, mas logo voltamos à rota principal.
Um sonho pelo qual perpassa pelas pessoas e constrói uma obra é um bom sonho, que vale o esforço.
O projeto Mulheres na Indústria com o curso Montadora de Andaime é um lindo sonho, é uma obra onde você pode ser o tijolo, a massa ou principalmente as vigas que dá sustentação (fazendo uma analogia com os andaimes) para o crescimento desta obra.
Nós da Valean, um empresa especializada em Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho, nos movemos especialmente por um sonho: “Levantar uma Nação Segura” e, por isso nos unimos a este projeto, porque sonhos que se unem são mais certos de se tornarem realidade.
Nós executamos o projeto SST por elas, para qualificar as mulheres na área da segurança do trabalho, treinando até 2024 + de 400 mulheres.
